This page sets out, in plain terms, how Roof Replacement Dallas TX earns money and what it does and doesn't do. The site is a no-cost referral service for homeowners in Dallas, TX and the towns around it.
When you send a request or call the number on this site, your details go to one independent local roofing company. That company pays this site a fee for each referral it receives. Homeowners never pay anything to use the site, and they are never given money, gifts or any other reward for using it.
This site is not a roofing contractor and does no roofing work of any kind. It does not inspect roofs, prepare estimates, set prices, sign contracts, pull permits or handle insurance claims. The roofer you are put in touch with does its own inspection and estimate, and any agreement is between you and that roofer alone.
You are under no obligation to hire that roofer. No state license exists for roofers in Texas, so check any roofer yourself: proof of insurance, city registration where you live, a written contract and written warranties.
